Not his specific shit, maybe, but... We had to stop multiple people from murdering him last trial. If we find a culprit who isn't corrupted, do you think that'll be different this week, especially considering who was killed?
[Ugh. At the question, though, she thinks about it.]
First I asked him if it was possible to get it to manifest anywhere other than in a location or a person... He said he didn't know of a way to do that.
Yeah, I'll say a prayer that nobody is a fucking idiot this time around.
[However well that'll work out.]
To let me know if he did find a way, since he said he would look into it. He did say we were in a better position in regards to it than we were when we started, at least.
In regards to... ending this once and for all, right? [Just to check she's following correctly.] It's obnoxious that they're forced to be as vague as possible.
So, you know I had the ghost summoning thing. Val agreed, so Shess, Lea and I had Swift Wind's ghost possess him. Once he figured out how to use his hands and legs - by the way, never play charades with a horse in a humanish body - we narrowed it down to Shirasu. But when I went to confront him about it, he said he didn't know anything about what happened to Swift Wind, and...
You know the truth scroll Lea had during the trial? I had one, too, and it said that Shirasu was telling the truth. So, we were thinking of ways that someone could have thought it was him. We knew it wasn't Reflection, because only two water powers were used. One was Toxicity because of the poison, and one was Reflection, because Xion used it during her fight with Hisoka. Anyways, that means it would have had to be someone who's good at mimicry and... Well, the whole height and build thing.
So, Hisoka was probably killed in the farmlands because of the playing cards we found there. There were also hoofprints in that area, and we never figured out how the two paths crossed. As far as people who would want to frame Shirasu... We know Four and him didn't get along, but there's no way she could pass as him. Hisoka helped Shirasu killed Kazuaki, though, so he could have been trying to cover his tracks. Also... When I went to try and find out more information from Sol about what happened, he basically told me that I was thinking too hard and that I was bound to hit a dead end. When I talked to Lune about it, he commented that Hisoka is "quite skilled at food preparation".

Do you have a specific reason to expect someone to pull the same shit as Shirasu?
[Like. Are they getting Shirasugate 2: The Electric Boogaloo? Or is she just catastrophizing? Hm.]
Lune must have told you something in response, even if it was to deny or evade the question. Do you remember what he said, exactly?

[Poor, poor Lea.]
Okay... And what did you ask him afterwards?

[Who knows.]
I think so. Or, at least the whole eradicating the corruption part.

[Lili was the Ookurikara whisperer.]
... I see. [It'd be nice if they had more clarification on that, but...] Emma, you haven't had any trouble with your role since Hisoka died, right?
no subject
[Hm. At any rate, she shakes her head.]
No, I haven't. I haven't found anything as useful as Shirasu's shit, but... It's definitely easier now.
no subject
Yeah, I assumed as much. [REST IN PIECES, HISOKA.] But I wanted to know— Were you able to clear anyone for Swift Wind's murder?
no subject
[...]
Why? Do you have any ideas who it might have been?
no subject
[... Well.]
There's only so many people who fit that description, Emma.
